How long will my NDIS cleaning services take?
That depends on the size of your home!
We will calculate the amount of time needed by using the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to estimate the size of your home. If you add any extras then that will also add time to your job.
The time estimate is the total number of work hours needed. If two cleaners attend your job, then it will take half the amount of time quoted.
Will the NDIS cleaner provide their own equipment?

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?
No, you don’t! Many of our clients choose to leave a key for the cleaners so they can take advantage of their free time.

How many cleaners will come to my home?
That depends on which of our NDIS cleaners are available in your area at the time and day you’ve requested the service to take place.
For house cleaning services, it’s usually at least 2 people. However, for smaller jobs such as apartment cleaning services (2-3 hours), it may only be one person.
How do I pay for my NDIS cleaning service?
When you book your NDIS cleaning services, there are 3 ways to pay:
- We can store your card details in a secure, encrypted format (even we can’t see them!) and then you can be reimbursed by the NDIS or your plan provider/manager. All you need to do is forward them the receipt we email you each week.
- We can send invoices to your plan manager and they can pay it on your behalf.
- We can invoice the NDIS directly so they can pay your invoices for you
