Crystal Cleaning QLD was created by Tyson in 2015 to provide cleaning services for offices and homes includes lawn mowing.
First client was one of Japanese restaurant where Tyson used to work as a cleaner.
When the owner of Japanese restaurant asked Tyson to clean his restaurant, Tyson saw the business opportunity for cleaning services as his business.
Since then his business has grown not only Brisbane area, but also Gold Coast area.
His dedicated cleaning skill has developed since he was a state college student where he has worked as a cleaner at Myer stores by the work experience program and part time cleaning job when he was a university student.
Since then he has tried to learn more efficient cleaning method to provide best results.
Our Journey
How We Started NDIS Cleaning
Our journey into NDIS cleaning began when Tyson was approached by a close friend whose family member was an NDIS participant. They had tried several cleaning companies in the past but had encountered repeated issues, such as inconsistent service, poor cleaning quality, and a lack of understanding of their specific needs. Frustrated with these experiences, they reached out to Tyson, hoping for a better solution.
After listening to their concerns, Tyson realised the significant impact that a professional and compassionate cleaning service could have on people with disabilities and their carers. Determined to make a difference, he took the time to understand the unique requirements of NDIS participants, learning about approved cleaning standards and how to provide services tailored to individual needs.
After successfully assisting this first NDIS client, word spread quickly through the friend’s recommendation and their NDIS coordinator. Their positive feedback led to a surge in inquiries, as more participants and coordinators sought a reliable and compassionate cleaning service. This experience reinforced the importance of accessible, reliable, and compassionate cleaning services for people with disabilities, leading Crystal Cleaning QLD to formally integrate NDIS cleaning into our service offerings.
Since then, we have worked closely with NDIS coordinators and participants to ensure our cleaning services contribute to a healthier and more comfortable living environment.
The business started when Tyson, who was working as a cleaner at a Japanese restaurant, was asked by the owner to take care of the restaurant’s cleaning needs. Recognising the demand for professional cleaning services, Tyson saw an opportunity to build a business dedicated to maintaining clean and hygienic spaces for both residential and commercial clients.
Since then, Crystal Cleaning QLD has grown significantly, serving not only Brisbane but also extending its services to the Gold Coast. Our experienced and dedicated team follows high standards to ensure quality and efficiency in every cleaning job.

About Tyson
Founder of Crystal Cleaning QLD
Tyson was born in Nagano, Japan, a region known for its winter sports and famous hot-spring-loving wild monkeys. He moved to Australia at the age of 15 to attend Whites Hill State College in Camp Hill. Later, he pursued Business Management at Central Queensland University.
After graduating, he gained experience working in the agricultural engineering industry in Japan before returning to Australia in 2015 to establish Crystal Cleaning QLD. Today, he runs the business with the support of his family and is a father of two, enjoying weekends exploring new places with his children.
